Description of project

Nusajaya is an emerging economic zone in South Johor, Malaysia. Designed to be Asia’s foremost integrated city. The city is located at the south-western tip of Peninsular Malaysia and is strategically situated in close proximity to Singapore with Singapore’s Central Business District a mere 24km away.

The project involves construction of Marina Entrance for a Private Marina Precinct at Puteri Harbour, Johor State’s New Administrative Centre. Although YTC faced numerous challenges like a tight schedule, unfavorable weather conditions, stringent environmental protection, etc. YTC successfully completed the complex project on time early 2010.
