Description of project

The proposed widening of the existing Penang Bridge was to resolve the massive traffic volume between Penang and Butterworth, YTC’s scope of works for this project was to carry out 180 numbers of bored pile and 90 pile cap works.

This Marine Pile project was our 1^st Joint Venture with Biaxis (M) Sdn Bhd, under UEM Construction Sdn Bhd,which was successfully completed in March 2008.
